At age 11, Jessica Markowitz started a non-profit called Richard’s Rwanda, to help girls in Rwanda get an education. Located near Nyamata, where 10,000 Tutsis were murdered, Jessica appreciates how truly blessed she is and and has helped between 60-70 girls go through primary and secondary school — and in some cases, college. Through her family and her work, Jessica has developed an enviable perspective.
